PPM INTRODUCTION
Welcome to the Progressive Performance Methodology (PPM), a fitness training method created and developed by Fitness Philosopher, Master Trainer, Nutrition Expert, Premier Lifestyle Coach, Physique Icon, and IFBB Pro Bodybuilding Legend Francis Benfatto, along with Director of Program Development Andrew Oye.
